Where was the COPO three years ago when that CJ was made? Your thumping your chest now but you are three years late.

Compared to the new 2013 Shelby and there is a big difference depending on what version you get of the new 2013 Cobra Jet:

2013 "Naturally aspirated – Cobra Jet induction system, CNC ported heads, high lift cams, low-drag accessory drive

2013 Supercharged one "Supercharged – Ford Racing/Whipple 10-rib 2.9L supercharger, CNC port matched manifold and heads"

Plus the new Cobra Jet went on a big diet and lost a lot of weight.

I would like to see a current video of the two running.

if you talking cobra jet vs cobra jet I think very similar. I think they are 5.4's with 4.0L whipples

Ironically the top copo is a 5.3 with a 4.0L whipple ha ha.

Both of these car are stupid fast with way more left in them. Just crank up the boost. the main issue is they are both ~100k, no vin, limited production.

Guys...those are class cars (in both videos). Both cars were running in the same class, and thus were essentially evenly matched, regardless of what year the CJ or the COPO was.

If I had a dollar for every time I've heard that!!!! I'm going to tell you like I have the others that car was built to run 7's but by doing so it can no longer run in any of the SS classes so to bring it up is pointless. So now you have to face the facts GM "just" came out with the COPO and it's already beating cars that have been out for years and have been tuned as far as they can go but the Chevy guys are just getting started so you guys better hope the new 5.0 cobra jets are faster.
