Picked up Blanche on Sunday....

WOW, the crystal red is absolutely incredible!!! Pictures don't do it justice!

Found two flaws in the paint.... I'M PISSED!!!! They're going to have to remove the black rally stripes on the back to repaint the trunk. And the rear quarter panel will have to be repainted as well.

As thorough as the inspection process is supposed to be at Oshawa, these two glaring mistakes should NOT have happened!

Go over every inch with a fine tooth comb... I assure you the dealer won't catch those mistakes on their own.

Still thrilled to have her!!!

Maybe I'm a complete moron, but I can't seem to get my Navigation system to accept address entry via voice command.

When she says, "Please say a command..."

I say, "Navigation"

When she then says, "Please say a navigation command..."

If I say "Address" or "Directed Address", it beeps and then goes off.

I've even tried saying "Address" and then the address I want, but then she says, "Did you say Address Entry? Yes or No?"

So I'm at a loss. Has anyone figured it out?

Still waiting on my Camaro! I guess maybe mine was redirected to China... Order was placed on 7/1/2012.

Starting to lose confidence in my dealership as well, they have not been putting any effort into keeping me up to date.

Per the Chevrolet tracking site, my Camaro has been "En-route" since 9/4/2012. As I am in Virginia, I would've thought a shipment from Oshawa would be fairly quick (less than 9 hours driving time...)

Frustrated.

Yeah... I feel your pain, my dealership has been pretty much ignoring me. Everytime I had an inquiry about something my rep would say, let me ask so 'n so and call you back. Then neglected to call me back. And apparently my dealership said coming in before the car arrives to do paperwork is a legal liability for them so I couldn't take advantage of the love it or return it program.

I ordered 5/31/2012 - also pretty close to the plant in relation to some of our fellow 8/20ers who have already received the car.

Just got word yesterday from my dealership that my car was in Walbridge, OH after crossing the Canadian border... Tracked it today and found that it had been offloaded at Jessup, MD which is the depot where the cars transition to trucks for final delivery.

Just... 78... miles... north...

I'll post pics and update my statuses once I get a little more info.

My car is at dealers. Paint and stripes are flawless. Now dealer has to install blade spoiler and color ground effects. Talked to my sales manager and told him , tell your tech to take his time and do it right the first time , i will be looking for flaws. It is more important to get perfection then to get the car in a hurry.

Good Evening Senator Atkins,

Did you receive a Infotainment manual for the navigation system (this is besides the owners manual) with your car? I have not received one with my car, but in the owner's manual it refers to it. I bet it would help you with your problem. I think they maybe shipped our cars without it because it was not available at the time our cars were produced.

They are on constraint. Imagine that. Dealer claims that one is on order for me, but I'll believe it when I see it.

So far, I have yet to see one online, though the main manual is.

I'm having fun guessing how it goes. My last car had a navigation system, so I have some idea what information I need to put into it to make it work well.

My car arrived yesterday, pretty pumped car looks amazing minus a few scratches and other paint imperfections I found :( Hopefully they can fix those and I can take delivery on Monday.

Its required in NJ as well but there is no way I'm putting it on, haha.

Haha, yeah, I had them put it on. I figured the thing is going to be enough of a cop target as it is, and having the license plate in the windshield would drive me nuts. Shouldn't look too terrible once I put a Huskers plate on though
