Best ways to clean your car?

Whenever I wash my car, I spend hours doing it, but afterwards, I am never fully satisfied with how it looks. It always looks good, but never amazing! I was wondering, what types of products/tools do you recommend? What do y'all think about foam guns and machine polishers? Thanks and any help/tips are appreciated!

I'd say watch the Adams videos. Get the porter cable polisher. It's dummy proof and produces a great look.

Also, Adams has everything you you need for the black plastic and vinyl.

I second the above. Adams has almost twenty videos on every step of cleaning the car, and their materials are the highest quality

Another option is to look up Junkman2000 on YouTube. He has just added several new videos titled "How To for Novice to Machine Polishing."

Here's a link to Part 1 & 2:
.

I also suggest his 2 bucket wash videos:
.

He has many more that you can check out.

His videos are great. He is very straight forward and is not in the detail business. From what I get from him, it's a passion and something he has perfected from many years of detailing his own cars. And believe me, he has some awesome cars!
