Becky,

Could you tell me what code I am at? My order is QNZS2P. I had a TPW of 9/17. Does this mean this is the week the production is "started" or that the vehicle should be "produced."

If it's available to ship, that doesn't always mean that it
leaves right away. There are logistics of loading railcars that
are headed in different directions and there may not be any
room or not enough to send at any given time.

This is a new model/trim and it could be that some of the
new pieces and parts required a second look before they
ship just to make sure everything is OK. Nothing to worry
about, just going to make sure it's right.
