Just went down to my dealer and saw they had one L99 2013 2SS/RS with sunroof. The price on the car said 38.6k. I talked to a sales rep and they confirmed my $1000 private offer can be used on this so it would knock it down to about 37.6k. So 37.6k for a new auto '13 2SS/RS with sunroof good deal?
Also, I got the private offer deal 2 days ago, does it expire?

Should say on the bottom of the private offer when it expires, but most likely 10/1.

I wouldnt think they would sell that at sticker price, my experience is they have it marked up at least a couple grand so you can "negotiate" them down and feel like you did something.

They have been selling these for invoice alot of places, I dont know who it was on here that sells these, think its Becky, but look for her on the sponsors list and get the skinny from her.

The dealer says they're a "best price" dealer. As in they have the lowest price on sticker already with their "dealer discount." Not sure exactly but you're probably right, ill try contacting her, thanks

Look up the invoice price for that cars options on the internet and offer them $500 under invoice. You can find alot of dealers in So. Cal. That will do that. Then after also tell them you have $1000 off additional private offer.
