There was a post a few weeks ago where Fbodfather suggested pulling the fuses to someone. Not sure it was for the same issue but I think it was.

Do you have to leave them out over night or just a couple of hours. I'm headed to the track tonight and was hoping it was just for a couple of hours.

Couple hours will be fine. In truth, I'd guess a few minutes would be fine. I just did it a few hours on the original fuse pull because I was busy doing other things that day.

appreciate the posted repsonses on here guys. I'll give it a shot and see what i think. This combined with the colder weather should help in making some bigger power numbers

I actually think he recommended disconnecting the battery for a period of time to force a reset. I guess this does the same thing...

Fuse pull not "recommended".....required. But, always use 91-93 octane afterward and if forced to use lesser, fuse pull when you can fill a full tank with high octane. I did that on my l99 and couldn't believe the difference and I can't understand why Chevy, who reads these posts, hasn't done something about that in subsequent model years...that's disgraceful.

Well, most people won't even notice it. The nanny effect it has makes it less apt for warranty work. Less power means less work.

It's the only reason I can thing of.

Now I'm confused. I was going to do a fuse pull but I had my battery disconnected when I was installing my CAI. I felt a difference in power and torque and I assumed it was because the CAI. Now I'm wondering if it could have been from the fuel map being reset also. I will say this, there was a huge difference, especially in throttle response.
