Probably dumb questions (but I'll ask anyway):

1 - What will each of these mods do to mileage?
2 - What will they do to vehicle longevity?
3 - Are these mods legal in California?

No sir Not Dumb, Intelligent that you do your research before laying out hard earned cash.

Mileage is typically unaffected by the parts and Tune and in a lot of cases improve, but Hurt by the Fun Factor of Flooring it every chance you get.

These Mods will NOT affect Longevity

Nothing is Legal in CA, except maybe Mud Flaps, Kidding of coarse.

CA residents must search out CARB approved E.O certified Performance Parts, which really limits your choices to ARH Short Headers, and or a E.O Certified Supercharger system.

Ted.
