If you don't drive like a freakin' maniac, the only place you'll even get sand on is your tire tread once you hit the beach shore.

I never take my current car to the beach, even though I'm tempted to. But I can't get back into my car all sandy, sweaty, and salty. Just can't do it to my interior.

Just park it in the parking lot...? And make sure you don't track any sand in when you're leaving...

I work at SOCOM HQ in coronado CA and our building is directly on the beach. So I will be taking mine to the beach. Most of our parking is like regular parking lot parking. But if you do not get to work early. You park directly infront of Gator Beach and all the parking spaces are almost all sand. So you pretty much drive up on the sand to park. It really isnt that big of a deal. Just try not to fill your car up with sand getting in and out of it. . The worst part which is the only part that i am concerned about is they are always moving tractors around moving sand and digging ditches for the seals and some times on the way out its like driving through a sand storm. That would be my only concern about taking my car. If I were to take the car to a regular beach or something then I really would have no worries.

Regular beach the wind will put sand everywhere. You can't avoid it.

It won't even hurt this car. When most of us are dead there will be camaro5 bodies sitting around at junkyards without corrosion. The rest of the components will rust away long before the body.

Yes-I'll go to the beach. And I'll vacuum right after.

You really shouldn't have too many concerns. If you are worried about any damage from salt, just take it to the car wash and clean it up after the day at the beach.
Nice pictures!!!

The beaches I go to...you get an oversand permit and drive for miles in the dunes...4-wheel drive is a must.
Needless to say ....the fishing rods, tackle boxes, coolers, chairs, grill,etc... gotta have the truck!!
The Camaro will be fine for cruising along the local shores and stopping at some seafood bars for a bite & a cocktail.
