NEED SOLO INFO
OK here's my question, is the Solo axel back with J-pipes a muffler delete? I've read up on them and it sounds like they have mufflers, but the pictures I've seen look's like no mufflers. What say ye!!!

It is essentially a muffler delete plus the J-pipes.

They are a hook shaped pipe that can be used to tune out drone in aftermarket exhaust systems. They are also known as Helmholtz pipes/chambers. Here is an overhead photo of the axle back that is being discussed.
