BTW... welcome back..
I'm sure you're talking about cars that are "upgraded" with useless giant wings and decals and stuff, but just to throw this out there...my 20 year old 240sx out-handles my Camaro any day of the week. Love and appreciate things about both cars and most cars in general, just sad to see this board has become about bashing anything that isn't Chevy/American.

I drove an Accord it was a piece of garbage. I will never buy a Honda POS ever again.

And your 0-60 times are debatable I would say stock vs stock the Accord V6 is equally as fast as Camaro V6.

There are some badass tuners out there that I wouldn't mind owning. At least most of those cars are built right, haul ass, and some even look great. I also bet they are a blast to drive..

What do you expect these kids to do in the last 20 years or so? Not like muscle cars can be had on every street corner, let alone be able to afford one. The kids did nothing more then what the kids did back in the 50's and that's taking a cheap car and modding it to sound different, go faster, and piss people off with them..

Civics, Camrys, ect can be had on the cheap not just for a kids wallet but for a parents as well..

Let the kids have fun and enjoy their time with it.. No need to hate because some of them will kick your Camaros ass!!

I respect all kinds of cars, I just dont respect ricers. THERE is a HUGE difference between rice and nice. Not only do ricers have silly looking cars, they have a tendency to try and show off in public by driving dangerously and acting like a fool on the highway. The goofy persona of their car can be reflected in their driving. I personally enjoy all kinds of cars and I think it would be narrow minded liking only a specific kind of car because of displacement or origin of car. It would be like only liking one type of food.

A true car enthusiast respects what he or she owns. A ricer does not have any respect for their ride or anyone else on the highway. All ricers should be horribly ridiculed until this automotive plague is rid for good.

Couldn't have said it better than this.

I owned a 2005 at one point as well.... It was 6MT V6 coupe. Beat Civic Si's, RSX Type-S's, Mazdaspeed6, 2v Mustang GT's, VQ35DE G35s and 350Z's, Cobalt SS, WRX's. Ran with(dead even) LT1 F-body's, 3v Mustangs, WRX STi's, VQ35HR 350Z auto, Charger/300C/Challenger Hemi.

Some of these comparison's were when it was stock(LT1, 3v Mustang, 5.7 LX platform cars-Takes a lot of skill and damn quick shifts to accomplish this though) and some were after I did a few mods.

Yes the LT1 manual owner asked if my Accord was turbocharged(all I had at the time was cutout and SRI), I didn't beat him though.... we were just neck and neck. We talked after and still keep in contact. It dynoed 221 whp stock, and 272 whp after my bolt ons(RV6 V3 J-pipe w/custom 3 inch collector, RV6 PCD's, full custom 3 inch exhaust, AEM V2 CAI, 3.7 TB, port/polish IM, Underdrive Pulley).
