JL 12w6v2 stealthbox and components

Just curious what you guys that have this same sub setuip think about it. Traffic Jams here in Buford is about to install the JL audio HD900/5 amp along with the JL Stealthbox with the single 12w6v2. They are also going to install the C5-650 componenets. They will be using a LCQ-1 crossover that will allow the factory receiver to be used.

Curious if anyone has a similiar sub / amp / component setup and how they like it. Where specifically is sound deadening required.... I'm trying to minimize weight added to the car. Anybody have any problems that seem to be common with any of the equipment being listed above. THANKS for your input!

I have a jl xd400 for the speakers and the single jl stealthbox powered by a jl xd600/1.. Plenty of boom... trust me you will be happy... lemme know how you like your c5s as I am looking at those and the hertz 165 hsk... help me decide... I also mounted a jl remote bass knob on the steering column down near the tilt knob. You might want to consider it...

I'm installing bass knob also...I didn't see any reason not too. The guys at Traffic Jams have given me fantastic service so I'm going to stick with their recommendations and go with JL from one end to the other.

Have you had any vibration or rattling with the sub you installed. How did you solve the problems if you did?
