It was about 10 inches short of meeting the connecting pipe. They just extended it so they met. Very simple and clean. The system was designed for the V8 so I'm guessing the stock muffler was shaped a little different

So I wonder the sound difference between the two...I listened to the V6 pypes system and it was still a little raspy

I think the catback Systems actually have mufflers. The Pype Bomb eliminates the mufflers for resonators!

Magnaflow resonated x pipe will pretty much eliminate all drone and rasp. Did wonders for my set up. It sounded good before at low/mid rpms. But would totally rasp out at wot.

2 more days! I will make an in car vid on the way home from the dealer of street and highway driving and another still video outside the car when I get home. Thats provided I get the car back on Wednesday. I will post both on Wednesday night! And Patrick my family is from North Augusta, SC!

The exhaust tips look a little too large, especially for that diffuser. It seems like the tips are almost touching them.

Actually James they do touch slightly at the very top of the inner part of the diffuser. I have no problem with that the looks is well worth it for me.
