Do you also always hit the trunk open button instead of the door unlock?
Twice this week i take off and have to pull over and close my trunk, Is this just me or does this happen to anyone else alll the time?

only once since I've owned the car... the DIC tells you the trunk is open before you drive off.
The only reason I had to pull over is that I cleared the message before backing out of the driveway and for got about it... transferring cleaning stuff in & out of the trunk and forgot to slam it shut.

Not me, but sometimes I'll pop the trunk put in whatever I need to, close the trunk and expect the door to be unlocked when I go to get in.
