I haven't bought there personally, but my grandfather bought his Caddys there for decades. What I can vouch for is their service department. I had a bad PDIM experience with Thomas Chevrolet, spoke with Chevy Customer Service, who routed me to Reedman. When I walked in expecting another long discussion, the guy had the TSB printout on the desk with my name on it and the important parts highlighted. So gold stars there for me.
