It seems the torque converter is finally going out in War Machine.
Took Nanci on a leaf seeing trip this past weekend and between 25-50 MPH the whole car shakes violently when trying to shift. There's a GM service bulletin out for this "non-problem" in the V6 cars.

James, guess you will be looking at the SS's in stock to replace war machine now that we know there is a known unknown non-issue with the V6 cars... ( I love it when manufacturers give us excuses to trade cars!! ) Good luck with the repair.

Dan nice trailer now you become one of the trailer queen gang ! LOL just kiddin sorry about the car James hope they get it fixed quick ! Dan I will not be able to make the run to the track got to much going on for sat. Wanted to ask all who are coming in from out of town are any of you wanting to come in Friday evening I can maybee put up a few folks and a couple of cars my house is not the Marriott or the holliday inn but at least you will have a roof over head shower in morning and car will be safe from the idiots out if interested let me know kids and wives are welcome just no pets rental agreement says no pets ! There is a hotel half a block from my house too you can splashes park car at my place then walk over to hotel I can check this evening to see if rooms will be available call me or post reply on here !

Not all V6 Camaros share that issue. I have thrashed mine for 54,300 miles and zero issues. Must be something they changed with the LS or for the LFX. I would imagine with the 2.92 rear gear they would have to change the torque converter a bit.

Got good news and bad news. Good my frame/rollcage is done for the 70 Camaro at Art Morrison Enterprises. Bad news it is not scheduled to ship out till Oct 16. Now the fun begins I get to see things start to be put back on the car rather then them being cut off can not wait to here that the truck is at shop unloading the frame/rollcage. I will have to drive over and see it the day it shows up.
