SS CAI fit LFX?

I've done some google searches and asked a few of the R&D guys on here...got a buddy who traded his '12 SS in and has a few CAIs in his garage..I would go over and test fit, but don't have time for a while...

So do they fit? Or is the MAF/throttle body OD different?

Different MAF, different size intake tube, different filter, different tube configuration. Time for a new CAI, check this out: www.ColdAirInductions.com

Hello CAI sales. How about the difference between a 2011 LLT versus a 2012 LFX engine? What's the diff? A local seller has a CAI Inc from a 2011 LLT camaro for a good price but not sure if it will be good for my 2012 LFX. Thanks!

Wont fit. Different sensors, they don't match up.

Exactly,

When it comes to the 2010-11 vs 2012, as far as the CAI goes they have 2 completely different MAF housinngs and are not compatible with eachother. You must purchase our 2012 system if you have a 2012, they are the same price and look almost identical, but as I said the MAF is different. Hope that helps!
