Currently your car is at 1100 status and seeing
that it's a 1LE, it may sit there for awhile. GM is
not accepting any 1LE orders at this time. Hopefully
the restrictions are lifted soon and your order moves
into the system

This is what my dealer was told today on the phone with Chevy:

"I just called and was on hold for 45 minutes. They told me that it is still going to be a while. There was a document wrote on 9/25 that said there was 0% alocation in the national area for the 1le and said it should be greater then a 4 week wait.

Sorry for the bad info, it all shocked me as well. So not sure if you want to wait that long or not, but there are 0 out there."
