Actually surprised I don't see more Camaros out there, considering the v6 gets such good milage and costs as little as my saturn vue did. People at work say "Hey we know whos making the big money now" and they don't realize they paid more for their SUV then I did for my Camaro. Makes me laugh....

Why do Gen5 owners have to be so stuck up? People are looking at your car...not with envy, but they are probably thinking "That's a cool car." They AREN'T thinking "OMFG DUDE I would sell my SOUL for that car! That guy is the coolest person alive and I to him! Maybe one day I will grow up to be that cool!"

These threads make us look bad...and the replies only enhance that.

That thing looks like a hot wheels car and unattainable for 90% of car buyers. For the money the Camaro is the best looking car you can actually afford to buy. And by the number and how often i get compliments many people must agree. People that buy Those exotics are the most stuck up conceited people in the world next to Porshe owners. In my opinion they are a total waste of money....

I had a SUV or crossover thing behind me at a light the other day - I saw the female passenger point, so I watched in the rear view for a bit, just to see what she was doing. I'm not really good at reading lips, but I think she said "And it's a chick driving it too" I laughed, and the light turned green, so I couldn't see if the driver said anything in response... Just a few miles later, as a pickup going the opposite way went by, I saw the driver smack the passenger in the shoulder and point at my car...
Do I think they envy me for my car? I don't know.... but it makes me smile when I see people appreciating her beauty as much as I do.

I look around a lot, and she's right. I can't go anywhere without the car getting stared at. Gas stations; intersections; red lights; doesn't matter. Everyone looks!
