45th Anniversary Striping ?
Am I the only one that just doesn't understand the logic behind the 45th Anniversary stripe package design?

I didn't realize there had to be a logic behind stripes.
They're pretty and unique!

I'm pretty sure they just tried to make the stripes different. I mean, it's no secret many Camaro owners add stripes to their cars...so to keep the 45th from just blending in, they tried to make a stripe package that was different all together.
IMO, it works. |

Nothing to understand, no logic to comprehend.
Thhey are just stripes that are special to that model that keep up with the "45TH" theme. You either like them or you don't.

![]() Actually, most of the debates (especially for non-Camaro owners or haters) question why did Chevrolet even have a 45th Special Edition when there was no Camaro from 2003-2009 MYs? The naysayers don't understand the logic that the 45th celebrates or pays homage to the first Camaro sold 45 years ago ('67); it does not translate to 45 years of Camaro production. It just simply honors the birth of the Camaro. Back in 2011, Chevrolet stated "The 45th Anniversary Edition is being release to celebrate the Camaro’s 45th birthday that will take place this coming summer." You could deduce that's the logic of its unique stripe package & design... from the 45 hood outline to the scattered 45th logos on the fenders, sills, and interior. ![]()
