Looks like he decided to share the details....

  • Ok, the Deal, is exactly what I asked for. KBB retail plus 10% and that will all be given to a good cause.





  • I was NOT given any orders to stop. They bought the car out right. Very kind gentlemen. They did not even have a lawyer there. i'm taking it down all on my own.

He's an easy going guy if you ask me. They gave him KBB value plus 10%, which he's donating to charity. I'm irrate and it's not even my car! Scumbag dealers...

I agree. He let them off the hook easy. At a minimum, they should have taken his car, given him a brand new one (minus what he owed on his old car) and then fired the techs who did this.

GM should also be concerned about this dealership, but I doubt they're smart enough.
