Guys this all just stinks. I have dealt with Chris since may and he has done things above and beyond for me. We have had issues and he has fixed those no questions asked. It's also ashame because the product itself installed and tuned properly is freaking amazing. To all that are having issues I hope it gets resolved so you can have the same smile I have when I drive my car. Wheelman you said it right having a pissing contest online is not getting the issue resolved at all.

Guess you have to local enough . Then he know that if he pissed you of by continuously screwing you over, he could be dealing with some crap. He doesn't need to keep looking over his shoulder when he screws over people who live away....am I wrong? Didn't seem that I am, because cars that go to him seem to get done, while cars from away , wellllll....

Its not a pissing contest. When I can't get ahold of Chris for days or in one case weeks, after calling his shop leaving voicemails, calling his cell phone, sending texts and pms on the forums to nothing... Posting on this thread seems to be the only avenue I have left. I was suppose to get a tracking number Monday afternoon.. I've sent three texts, two phone calls, one voicemail and one pm. I still haven't heard from him back. Not even an update...

And don't forget he installed your kit on your car 7 weeks after I paid in full and made me wait for months to get my kit, cause he was skipping over me to install on cars at his shop. With the excuse of waiting on turbo, waiting on fabrication and waiting on unreliable vendors.

I'm just making everything I go through, just to get an update known now. This has been going on since the beginning, after I paid in full in April.

How long was your car in the shop the first time? also how long was it in the shop this last time when you upgraded the turbo?

I have to commend you on holding out as long as you have. I would have either gotten ALL my money back a long time ago or I would've found some way to get even.

You know the saying-
"Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."
You are being played and you are taking it. Stop! It hurts to watch.

The only way HPS is going to stop doing this is when they suddenly don't have any customers.

That probably won't happen because while some customers are smart enough to do vendor research from others, some people might not.

but in this case, Chris needs to man up, give the OP a HUGE refund on the money that was already given to him AND fix the man's car.

this is the kind of stuff that can force someone in to taking matters to the extreme. hell, I'd have over 5,000 reasons why I would.

Human behavior traits do Not change unless something significant happens.....has not delivered since day-1 & unfortunately not only is your wallet slimmer, the emotional fulfillment of FI is probably long gone.....

If you would have "lawyered-up" from the very onset, the significance would have changed the behavior, thickness of your wallet, & your FI satisfaction.

Good news is you still have options if you move quick.....best of luck!
