this is the kind of stuff that can force someone in to taking matters to the extreme. hell, I'd have over 5,000 reasons why I would.
Yep except let him take the car to a shop that can fix it I would suggest Vengeance Racing

Funny you should mention Veangeance racing, Chris bashed their product and craftsmanship over on ls1tech in the past. It seems to be his standard to always blame the customer and other vendors online.

Notice how Chris has stopped responding in this thread? I think he knows his name is going in the dirt. Also notice how some vendors in the beginning were leaning towards Chris' side by helping to make excuses (ie - see post #16) but have since then stopped responding as well?

I think they also know Chris' name is going in the dirt. lol

I just saw a post on his facebook from a customer that had to pick his car up in pieces because HPS is moving to a new shop. The comment was posted this past Thursday.

Jeez..... I'd always be looking over my shoulders if I were Chris. He's gonna piss off the wrong person one day.

Chris txt me Friday evening. Called and talked to him about things. Found out the ypipe was never made. I guess he fired his fab guy. So I guess the plan is to finish up the car minus the ypipe, drive it To my exhaust guy and have him modify it. Chris is going to take care of the cost...

Lol

hehe, bawahahaha...i wouldnt hold my breath on this guy. i know you want to believe, but that optimism is whats got you to where you are now. from the outside looking in - its not likely.

btw that is a realllllllyyy crappy way for a company to try make this right - even if he does pay...you are the one getting all the work done, taking the time to do it etc....he should be more than just paying for the part - i would tell him you are billing him your hourly rate as well for the time you take to ship the car etc. remember this - HE HAS YOUR MONEY AND YOU ARE DOING THE WORK TO FIX HIS CRAP! i am just amazed at ths guy...
