Thanks...thats what I thought...Nascar has some of the craziest rules...on another note I have bought 3 cars from Rick Hendrick Chevrolet..referred 6 people who bought cars too...The best buying experiences that my family has ever experienced...They really know how to treat people!!!

I totally agree...Jr. has one of the largest fan bases for a driver that doesnt win as much as the other Hendrick drivers...I go to Nascar races and has been to 4 different tracks/races in the south, and when Jr. is soaring towards the front or takes the lead, the crowds goes ape shit!!!!

Did the crowds roar for him when his dad was still driving? I think it was for the 3 car not Jr. Dale always respected his father who may have been a hard man but fair. Thersa said he didn't want to be a driver just a tv star so this the chance he has been looking for.

Same thing here I got mine from Rick Hendrick in Duluth....good experience if you can ignore the finance folks' tomfoolery.

I think its Jr...I believe fans indentify with him because he seems to just be a regular guy...he doesnt complain he just races....he is not a drama queen like some racers....Eventually we cant just keep saying its his dad's name he is living off of...surely his dad has a lot to do with where he is now...but I believe he is starting his own legacy while keeping the Earnhardt name and brand going...

Bought one in Duluth and two in Buford....I like the one in Buford way better!!!..

I dont think that you are in touch with reality, Jr. has a huge fan base unrelated to his dad. He has a younger generation that doesnt know anything about his dad...women love him that didnt start watching Nascar until Jr...Jr is not even my favorite driver...but I cant hate on the dude and say he is trash when he is not....like I dont like Dwayne Wade, but he is bad MF'er on the court!!!

If Jr would be within I'd say 20 pts of the leader, he would have dealt with the headaches. IMHO , he seen chances slipping so put his health first. Not bashing Jr, quit doing that yrs ago, just saying. Iam not understanding why people still compare him to his dad. I didn't care for either but miss Sr dearly. S
