Well I stopped off today to get some good pictures of the damage. Maybe not as bad as I am thinking but who knows. I didn't think the last damage I had was that bad either. Anyway from what I can tell the entire rear axle assembly has been shifted, not just the driver's side. Both rear control arms are bent on the driver's side, door skin, and basically all of the rear quarter. I am not sure, though, if this car will be the same again.

Jason sorry to see your car like that I hope they catch person responsible and if you are gonna be looking for a good reputable repair shop karls is the best when it comes to the 5th gens and fast I know it would be a distance type thing but worth it in long run ttyl !

I'm going to give Rydell a try. I have worked with Karl's body shop in the past and was pleased with the results but I will try the local dealership first.

Did you see what kind of car/truck it was? I am trying to picture what would cut the quarter like that and I can only think it would have to have a steel bumper. You were in the car when this happened?

Yeah I was driving the car. The car that hit me was an early to mid 2000s Saturn sedan, dark green color.

Assume you called police to report hit n run. So thinking that this Saturn must have some major damage, that then police would send or notify all area body shops to watch for this Saturn's request of repair??
