I had a similar situation where my dealer would no longer attempt to fix an issue that every single time the car would get wet either rain or washing it the floorboard would get wet. The response after the fourth time in...unfortunately the car just leaks in extreme conditions and we can't continue to work on it. GM was no help at this point either so I understand the dealer situation.

I would reckon all car dealers have a sign like this somewhere.

This is why I have an outstanding, HONEST mechanic who is capable of doing warranty work. After they make my top right and fix the damn dent/scratch the trim shop put in my trunk, I will only go back to a dealer for TSB or recall work. Too many issues and too many horror stories.

The rotors are a weak point in these cars. I've seen plenty of people come into my service dept complaining about them. As far as refusing service there has been 5 customers in 3 years we refuse to help. We bend over backwards and get killed on the GM surveys. Sounds like to me they just couldn't meet your expectations and decided to part ways

Maybe the heat is getting to them. I was in Palm Springs this summer and it was averaging over 110 degrees. Dam hot out there!!

My Motto for my business is this "A Customer is not an interuption of our work", They are the purpose of it"!
Go to the other dealer because this one has no business acumen period!

I've done it but you should have "fired" them along time ago.

My Caddy dealership does all my warranty work now. Chevy dealers seem to be like this more and more lately. Seems the prime criteria they had when they purged the dealers was: Find out if they are assholes. If they are, keep them.

No. They did in one occasion after denting my car promise to handle my car with "kidth glovths"from then on. The dealership manager had a heavy lisp.

?

I got my chevy dealer all worked up the last few hours. My camaro got delivered from the bodyshop yesterday back to them. They are wiring in my led tailz and are missing the factory harness They are going out of their way to locate me one or order one. They are taking out my backseat of my camaro to wire in my zl1 harness GOOD customer service. The service manager gave me a 2013 Malibu to drive all week with 500 miles on it

Sometimes you get bad karma when purchasing a vehicle. Just ask Stacy lol poor thing. It happens the best thing sometimes is get rid of the car and start over fresh.

My bad luck started in July. My dad bounced her off a woodchipper she got superglued two weeks later and then she just gets out of the bodyshop and the fresh paint gets damaged because they didn't like how the vinyl was sitting
