Like the old cigarette commercial says, "I'd walk a mile for a Camel." And I drive an hour to my dealership. I have 3 Chevy dealerships withing 15 minutes of my house, and I wouldnt trust either one of em to put the chain back on a bicycle.

I drive 27 miles each way to my chevy dealer. I could go to one 3 miles away but I don't go

Well i hope it works out for you hate to see a member get lied to or disappointed. Money doesn't grow on trees and these days every penny counts.

Ah yes...my heater core failed and I chose to have the local Cadillac dealership do the warranty work rather than the Chevy dealership (which has poor reviews and quoted me an excessive price for a 2SS).

Thanks man! Trying to get it bought back, otherwise I have to take a huge loss if I trade it in and just can't do that right now.

Do what's best for you man no problem. No one likes to buy a product that has issues. What hurts is when you see other's enjoying their ride and your left wondering what happened.

They must all dislike you, it's best to go somewhere else. They won't be nice to you or your car if you continue to take it there.

We've never fired a customer, but we hate it when they get all bent outta shape and throw fits. Usually if someone has proven to be a never-satisfied, wanting free stuff little bitch the next time they call we are very busy and price them high.

OP I'm not saying you are a bitch, your actions may have been justified. I'm just stating my experience from my side of the counter since we will lose money if necessary to rectify customer complaints, the way you are supposed to do business.

We actually had this guy, a repeat customer, ready to fist fight (many get that way) tell us he was never letting us touch his bike again unless it's something we screwed up (which basically means anything/everything our fault), then he threatened he would call the owner's house at 3am if need be. Well he did just that one night, and my boss got out of bed and went and fixed his bike.

I guess he thinks he has some kind of lifetime warranty or something, because he tried to blow his motor up in the parking lot, but it didn't let go anyway so no harm done. I really need to start taping this crazy stuff I see at my job.

OP has apparently experienced damage to his cars while in that shop on multiple occasions. There is no excuse for service to allow what's essentially vandalism to happen and then get upset at the customer in part for noticing it and demanding that it be corrected.

Well the dealership I bought my vert from, that played a huge part in exacerbating the GM non conforming issues with this car, as well as causing other damage... They are the ONLY dealership that GM will allow me to process their buyback offer through.
