Just wondering if u have the harness installed correctly??
I ask because the first time I used it, I had it in wrong!!
Did you watch their "YouTube" video???
I just connected mine again in my new ZL1 yesterday! It has a different head unit, but still works flawlessly!!!
If you have any other questions, ill be happy to help! I'm no expert, but I've used the same harness in 3 different camaros!!

If u have a 4 channel amp, yes!
Are u replacing the factory amp to push the factory speakers, or are you just adding an amp & sub?

(Edit)
Sorry, didn't read your original post, use 2 of the RCA
Connections, (1pair) to your sub amp, even if its a 1 channel amp!!

I cant figure this out, I have a set of rca's going into my monoblock its a kicker dx500.1 and then I have a set of rca's going out of it to a polk pa660 amp and one set of rca's coming off the fark harness to the polk amp. I have one set of rca's coming off the fark to the input of the monoblock amp

if you had the fark harness . hook the rca's (2 sets) to power the four channel polk amp on the fark to the polk 660 first ...then look for a single output (pre amp) output on the polk and hook it to the input on the kicker amp then you will have signal to all. looks as if you dont have a sub signal yet

or you might need a loc (line out converter) off the output of the deck wiring before it is amplified. The fark disables the output channel of the factory wiring as it is not hooked up... I know I ran into a similar problem but it was solved by using a pre amp output on my 4 channel amp. The shop that did my sub install hooked the sub to the output channel of the amp and when the fark was installed (to install and additional 4 channel amp) the output side of the oem wiring was not used. I put in place of the oem ba amp... hope this helps...
