Got a little problem with my cat

Now before I get shoot the cat I can't lol it's my daughters cat and she loves him. Here is the problem I've caught him sleeping on my hood luckily he hasn't scratched the car yet. But I noticed he's been leaving some really sticky gooey clear crap on my car. And it's really hard to take off I just washed it today and I tried waxing it already and it's still there. Any tips on taking this off will be a very big help.

been having this problem on and off with the neighbors cat, but it is my convertible top she sleeps on, and I am concerned about her claws puncturing it.


I've done a couple things to no avail, cyan pepper, that "stay off" cat spray, even sent my 85 shepherd after her..

she still gets on the car..

tonight I am trying something different, I found a motion activated spook toy at target in the halloween section, so I put it on the roof of the car.. when it detects motion it "screams" and vibrates..

its gone off several times tonight and we watched the cat take off and run down the street, but she keeps coming back and trying..

... actually I would never kill an animal (goes against my philosophy), but I would have difficulty with that cat. Maybe lock it up when no one is playing with it? lmao!

I would lock him up but it stays outside and it only comes to eat when my daughter feeds him.

If I clay bar my car would this sticky residue come off or should I try buffing it out?

pic? I would always try the least aggressive method first, so clay bar and then if that doesn't work, try polishing with a light polish and move up from there if it doesn't come out.

But if it's sticky residue I would even before claying it try using some 3m adhesive remover and a microfiber towel.

I'll take a pic 2morrow. What polish would u recommend? I'll try the clay bar 2morrow and see if it works.

2. Hook up an electric fence around your car!
3. Park in the garage.
4. Make your daughter move?
5. Shoot the cat and get it over with!
Not sure what's on your car but I know bug & tar remover works pretty good. Hard to say when you don't know what you are trying to remove.
