Question PIPE WELD OR NOT

Do the solo axel back with J pipes have to be welded to factory pipes or can you use clamps? If they have to be welded on how much does that cost?

You can use the included clamps. To have them welded on would probably run $50-75.

Axlebacks are made to be bolted on. I have a friend with a muffler shop so I had him tack weld two spots on each pipe, for peace of mind.

For the record the clamps Solo includes are top notch. Welding works the best but if you ever plan on taking them off the clamps make the most sense.
