Just a piece of Paper. So is this $100 bill, the deed to my house, my marriage license and certificate, the title to my ZL1, and oh yeah, the tp I wiped my butt with this morning. However, they all seem to have value and significance in my life. Hmmm...

You're still kinda jumping the gun, they won't do the 2013's until the end of the model year run. You've got a long way to go, around a years wait.

This has gotten so old...I talked to the interim owner/manager (sold me the car) who talked to the GM guy <in my presence> who is the customer service rep contact, who said 6-8 weeks after delivery the cards are mailed, the interim Head Honcho <whose not a small guy within the industry> explained to him it's been delivered since April, ...yadda yadda...., BS, lip service, cards are mailed to the person who did the customer service survey. I'm starting to believe the dark side horror story posts anymore and waining from being so rosey and optomistic about things. If they can't get something small right like this,...then what about the.....

. And, this is tip of my concerns with customer service and my product.

I have contacted my dealer, who knows nothing about it. I check the mail every day to no avail. Since I took posession of my 2012 on April 17, 2012, it should be arriving any day. Sure wish I knew who to contact to make sure they have all my info right.

I took the post delivery survey, my car was built on day 1 of ZL1 production and delivery was completed 4/27. No credentials yet but still waiting. Maybe it's lost in the mail??

Car was delivered to the dealer in April. I picked it up middle of June. Got it yesterday. Not sure how long it was sitting at my mother is laws house before she sent it to me.

still nothing for #565 for 2012 purchased 4/20. never got the survey either.

Nothing for #167, never seen the survey you guys are talking about, purchased from dealer stock May 28th. Delivery was held up for the gray stripe issue. Still have hope I'll get them, just have to wait
