I don't have great credit, so I always feel like they are doing me favor by getting me approved. The completley wrong mind set to have, I know.

But I dont NEED this car...I want it.

Good choice!
I have white 2LT/RS! 2013.
MyLink is definitely worth it if you are planning to daily drive you car.
I have a sunroof as well, but if I were to choose between sunroof and 2LT I'd go with 2LT.
Sunroof is nice, but gotta love that HUD and leather seats.

No, sorry, that was a for example, maybe just dig around, I know there was an 800 gm incentive phone number too but I couldn't find it. If nothing else I would mention the $1000 private offer & take in the edmunds thing and remember what was said above, they need you, you don't need them, you could go somewhere else...it may not feel like it, but you could

i'd go to help ya out, but i'm a little far away lol...love car shopping tho.
definitely find out what discounts you're eligible for...it's your responsiblilty to know that; credit unions, costco, alumni associations, etc are all common.
if your credit's not the greatest, definitely haggle...and when you get them down as far as they're willing to go, have them draw up the quote and take it to the next dealer (or two or three) and ask them if they can beat it. then get them to print a quote and go back to #1...don't even talk trade-in until you've settled on a price for the camaro. trade-in should be the last thing you and the salesman talk about.
also, you might want to decide how you're going to finance before stepping onto the lot. a lot of credit unions have great rates on auto loans...www.bankrate.com might help you search your local APRs...
anyway, like you said, it's a want not a need, so if they're not giving you what you think you deserve, walk away. it won't be hard to find another 1LT/RS A6 with a sunroof somewhere else
