Just wanted to chime in and say I'm doing the waiting game too. Sitting at 3000 right now, my anxiety is building. Thankfully there aren't too many here yet in Va Beach, I've seen one driving down the road. Although there have been more that have 'taken delivery'

Was at 3300 as of May 30.

Just called customer service and they said it's on the line being produced. ( Hoping that means 3400 on its way to 3800) Good day for a Baby to be born.
Hope its not some sort of sick joke....No Vin# yet and they told me dealer would have to provide all info after the order hits the line. Original TPW 6/8 Maybe they are ahead of schedule.

My dealer told me yesterday that I was at 3200, but I don't see it on here. Is there a 3200?

Nope, no 3200..at least that i know of. Must be 3100 or 3300.

Progress...spent some time with my dealer (Dick Morris Chevy in Michigan). My car moved to broadcast and will be produced. I know of at least one other car ordered on Oct 13 that is behind mine in terms of production. There is no reason for this, but it is what it is.

On another note a Black L99 with IOM stripes was made available when the guy lost his job, and was sold pretty quickly. It was cleaned up, gleaming and ready for pick-up when I was there. The car looked pretty sweet. Hope my wait is almost over.

My car, ordered Jan 15th, around the 9000th order placed, has been built! That was fairly quick from 3400 to 3800. My dealer told me the car is "in transit" and that would normally take only 10 days to arrive once they're built, but with the Camaros there has been no predictable pattern. He had one that was "in transit" for 6 weeks...I wait patiently for my new car to arrive.

1100 (original order date): 1.15.09
3000 (accepted to production): 5.5.09
3400 (broadcast): 6.5.09
3800 (produced): 6.9.09
4000/4B00 (available to ship/bayed): 6.9.09
4200 (shipped): 6.9.09
4300 (intermediate, may be multiple):

Dealer Just E-mailed me with the Status Code,
"the unit is in status 2030 in the edit mode and has not been scheduled with a build date"

I Looked it up on here.
and is says 2030 = Re-Editing.

What does Re-Editing Mean???
Did they change something with my order?

Does anyone know exactly what the "R6P" orders means? Also was wondering if anyone has any clue on when I might see my manual ss? I ordered it on April 22, 2009 but the order was only accepted by GM 3 weeks ago. Any ideas or guesses?

R6P stands for preorder car.
No clue as to when you will get your car. Depends on the number of cars ahead of you, the number of allocation your dealer recieved. If your car is factory striped and more.
When you said accepted, do you mean accepted as an order, or accepted for production.
Difference is that your even code would show 1100 if it was just entered.
and 3000- which is accepted for production
Then you would move up fairly quickly, still varies alot so i couldnt tell you. But once you hit 34000, broadcast for build, you would have a vin the following week or the one after

i ordered april 27th and have a build date of monday, 15 june. call your dealer and find out what your event code is, then come back to this thread and look it up!
