Once again you guys rock...
really glad is worked out for you......its what we are all about. Helping one another.

do you know what Hardware/Software version of the PDIM you have?

if you don't, go to your car

Turn it on then turn on the radio.
Ensure some time of devive is in the USB port and is selected.
Push and hold in the Menu/Select button fior 8 to 10 seconds....the Hardware and Software versions will be displayed. it will be in the form of a 2 chactacter designator..... like DB DD

attached is the TSB that has the instructions and you can find them in post #961

same solution, but the problem is that the TSB was specifically put out for 2010 and 2011's, so something tells me that if you take it into a dealer they may or maynot fix the problem using that TSB and do it under warrantee.....but its worth a shot! its possible that there is an updated version of the TSB which covers 2012's but I don't know if there is.

Took it to my dealer and they updated the software with the most recent version, if yours has the most recent version, it will tell them no update available. Have them check the PDIM software.
