Hi Becky, hope you are having a good week! I need to ask a favor/question. Can you check to see if QQSX5K is still at 3000? Also I thought you could still make changes while at 3000. I asked my dealer to add NAV to my order and he said it was too far in to the production process to make any changes. Thanks!!

Checking in again on QPWFXD. My TPW was 10/29 - is it normal for production not to happen this late in the week? As you can imagine, this is the most frustrating time!

3000 status TPW 11/12

The dealer needs to call the GM Dealer Business
Center and request that the order be returned to
their placed tab for them to make changes. That
return is done on Monday nights, and if the order
reaches 3100 before then, it cannot be returned.

They may not know how to do it, so share this
with them. Good luck
