A software to load custom tune on to your device, update the device, and a communication link for when SCT needs to gain access to your tuner.

Thanks Ted. Does that load to my Laptop, Ipad, or the iTSX module?

I still can't get this to work. Man I just don't understand. I updated everything. I go to try and load the custom tune and it says tune revision out of date and prompts me to check for updates. I check and it tell me it's up-to-date and stops right there. Nothing else happens tried it multiple times. Sigh. It's been like a month and I still haven't got this to work.

Man, all these issues with this iTSX thing is really scaring me away from trying it. I was thinking of ordering it, but may just go with the old handheld unit instead. I know the issues aren't Ted's fault by any stretch of the imagination, but regardless, I don't want to order a new "gadget" that obviously has some software issues. In the meantime, I'll be watching to see if this gets resolved soon. Best of luck to you guys....

From what I have observed it seems that 2010 and 2011 are no problem, 2012-13 are having the issues.

I talked with the engineers at SEMA last Thursday and they assured me they have a handle on it, and will have a resolution shortly.

Ted.
