They should have C5 fest here in Michigan weekend of August 7th. A week before the Woodward Cruise 8/16/2013 (the largest cruise in the world) The weekdays before the cruise there's activities and cruising going on down woodward ave. That way they could roll one event into another. Just say-in!

Since the DATE's have been set; the location has been as well

Now they are most likely arranging host hotels, etc!!

The summer did bring a lot of folks who could drop the kids off and Grandmas house because school is out.

Summer eliminates places like Arizona and Spring or Fall may not work well up North.
