I'd like to thank my dealer

I purchased my car in Orlando Florida but I live in Jacksonville NC. The dealer here, Marine Chevrolet has been the absolute BEST dealer I've ever had for any type of car. They've backed me up 100% with the repairs on my convertible top , window motor/regulator & window trim. There's been a couple times where I know they're really not making a profit from the warranty work, but they've always gone well over 100% in their effort to see that I'm satisfied and taken care of quickly. Sometimes I say, "I'm sorry for constantly being in here - I know this is a GM design problem & you guys didn't cause it". Their reply is always "It doesn't matter what you're here for, we are here for you until you're completely satisfied with the outcome of things".

This makes me want to bring the car in for other things if I could afford them (interior/exterior modifications, etc)

Ron Sabella (Service Manager) and the 2 mechanics that have done most of the work on my car, Donnie & Karliss: there are very few dealers with your positive attitude & professionalism. Thank you from a VERY grateful customer.

very cool.. I am glad to hear of a dealer that has and is doing top notch service. If I lived up North I would go there to. I also have seemed to find a bunch of good guys this time around.

My original car decided to take out a deer one morning. The insurance company said " it's totalled & we're not fixing it". I was going to FL soon for vacation but I needed to bring some household stuff from a family member to NC from FL. I figured that if I bought it in FL then I wouldn't have to spend money on gas so I ordered it online & picked it up in FL.

Funny. I did show up with a case of beer for my service rep. He was so happy and the staff at the dealership see how thoughtful I was money do a great job and like With my job( ups driver) sometimes I'm the messenger between company and customer. So with issues I have had and feeling like you have about being a regular at the dealership. It's all good just little things to show appreciation don't hurt. That old lady that give me the dollar for helping her inside with a package. It's not about the amount. It's about the thought of knowing your appreciated. In this day and age it seems we tend to forget we all are human beings . Well most of us. Lmao

In my case, the FOX Chevy in MD has very good customer services. Their sales people are knowledgeable and in general love the products they sell. I got very detailed explanations about the car itself, Onstar and even bluetooth systems. They also took care of most out of state paper work for me and explained what I need to do with my local DMV, then followed up to check if everything went smoothly. I couldn't go back to them for maintenance works due to my location but buying from them was a pleasant experience.

The Campman Chevy next to me in Philly however, is TERRIBLE. They did not know how many camaros they actually have on the lot, they did not know the price and trim change on the latest models, and they basically ran me and my friend out of the dealership when none of the sales people were busy. "This is why you can't test drive a camaro, people don't like miles on their sports cars." EXACT quote the salesman gave me when I asked him why couldn't I test drive a camaro. I understand I may look too young to be able to afford this car, but the attitude they had based on pure assumption was over the top. I even brought my check book ready to pay it off on the spot too, and they just ran me right out of the door without asking for any financial information. My friend who tagged along said "WTF is wrong with chevy dealers, I would expect that type of attitude from a BMW dealer or Porsche" I had to explain to him most dealers are not like that while being pissed about it myself......

If you are in Philly area, avoid Campman Chevy at all costs. Go across the river to Cherry Hill Mall Chevy or other local dealers, for much bigger selections and less "pay up or GTFO" attitude.

We apologize for the level of service you have received. I will definitely document this into our database where many departments of GM can access the information.

They were one of the dealers I was checking out on the internet before I ended up with Natasha. Lancaster is only a couple of hour drive. Thank god they didn't have what I was looking for. I would've been infuriated to say the least if I drove there and was told no test drive allowed. Being from the philly area everybody has heard of Chapman and their size. Thanks for the info I'll keep that in mind for the next car. I would also stay away from Faulkner Chevy in Lancaster, they didn't know anything about the car and kept me in the dark until I finally started screaming about it. I haven't had it in for service yet, so I can't honestly say not to get your cars worked on there, just don't buy there.

Nop, the Chapman Chevy isn't big at all regardless of the size of their other brand dealers. They only had 4 camaros on the lot, all 4 were SS-RS same trim just different colors...... their space is very cramped, but they do have a "renovation coming soon" sign up when I went there for an oil change on the V6

To be clear, I got a V6 2LT from the Fox chevy in MD, and I went service once at chapman then went there to look for a V8 to trade up to.(their service ppl are nice, unlike the assholes salesmen) Yes, they ran me out of the door even when they saw me drive in with a pristine V6 camaro wanting to trade up...... I mean if I came in with a beat up 10 year old car, sure they can make all the assumptions in the world and reluctant to trade. But why would they do so when they know I was actually driving a clean V6 and trading up to a V8 isn't out of reach at all......

Now I'm tempted to drive my V8 back to them and give them the middle finger...... never seen such bad service ever in my life, from places that's making money off me.

Yes, it is! When trying to find ultimate comfort in a brand new car, I made the decision to go with BMW. I went to a website I came across and searched for the best deals on BMW vehicles in my area. It was really easy to find something I liked, especially because I love anything about BMW. From Momentum BMW you're going to get the most perfect auto purchasing experience achievable. Therefore drop by BMW Houston TX immediately! Take a look at the inventory here.
