So lemme get this straight....you put down $5k on a part, didn't get it installed (for a good reason) and they can't do anything for you??

Best way to prove this is legit probably, is to get the sellers name, and call or if near them go by the shop he got it from!
Or pay them the $5500, and let them give the OP his money back!

This is not cool. Anyone can go to race proven and purchase the sc for $5500. So, I'm not following the good deal. The should give you your money back. I say report them to BBB.

OP, not taking up for the shop but they already posted in your other thread that they would take it back but there is a 20% restocking fee, which is an average thing.
I had a friend ready to jump on this but he doenst want it now after reading your problems with the shop
