Was going to comment how similar it looked to the Eforce. And 99% of Maggie owners like to claim how ugly the Eforce is.
Is it still a 2300?

I posted the price, $8600 for this kit.
I still have one left of the standard TVS2300 Magnuson left though!

I have a friend that has a c5 vette. Will magnuson offer a version that works on the LS1 and still fits under the hood?

Before passing judgement, why not see what it actually sells for (if you pay "list" for anything, you're not too bright). Maybe see how it performs too. There may be a few that know what it will sell for and how it performs.....but they're not talking

I believe there is a cathedral port, and yes. It fits under the stock hood.

I know what it will sell for and am willing to talk to anyone who is truly interested. BUt this is a brand new product and not being discounted too heavily. I am sure you are familiar with MAP and the trouble I could get in for posting prices.

There is no rear belt which limits how fast this thing can be spun. IMO few will ever see the '1000hp' number since you would have to have a ginormous balancer on it to do that. I think 700 crank HP would be the max with a 8 rib smaller pulley and a 10% OD balancer. This kit is perfect for someone who will be happy with 550rwhp. BUT, in a corvette. unless you love the way it looks, there is little reason to spend the excess money to get it for a camaro.

If you add the cost of buying a new hood and having it painted , the cost of adding a Maggie to a corvette before this sc would run you about the same as this new sc goes for and you get to keep your stock hood. Hopefully the price will come down shortly after they hit the market

It ought to at least be as capable as a 1:1 rear drive Maggie TVS2300. Or at least as capable as an older TVS2300 front drive. With a 3.1 or 3.2" front pulley, either of those can do high 600's rwhp on a well put together LS3. Isn't there supposed to be some "magic" with the new intercooler system? I think your hp est is a tad low for the new TVS. I do agree that the pulley system necessary for 1000 hp wouldn't be able to be recreated anywhere except on a dyno motor.

I wonder how many guys will bash this S/C because it looks to be the E-Force's cousin...

I agree. But the 3.1,3.2 will still slip, which leaves you with a 3.4 as the possible smallest. Even that can slip...
Supposedly it dynoed at 40 more hp, vs a regular 2300, on that corvette. But I am skeptical. Until I see independent test results I will reserve judgement.
