Constantly needing to grip a knob makes you more manly?

stick. But sometimes I would like an auto. I have owned meny of each. the stick can be more fun, but for a DD like mine sometimes an auto would be nice. It has nothing to do with manly or not. My wife drives ours to work almost every day and she is no man.

To answer the question posed in the thread title, I drive an Automatic Camaro.
A stick cannot be driven:

It seems like the ones who are upset over this question are A6er's. The OP was not trying to offend anyone, just trying to see what everyone thought. Apparently some people are a little insecure about their tranny. You make the notes on the car and regardless of the transmission, the car is badass.
Complaining about the question is less manly, not driving an automatic. |

For me personally manual is the way to go. I like the control over my car but it really sucks in Chicago rush time traffic.
Also I hate hate paddle shifters. I think unless you are driving a formula 1 car that goes really fast all the time paddle shifters are not necessary but again that's just my opinion! |

Well I have a '95 with an Auto. '11 with stick. See I have the best of both worlds. Honestly I'll never own an auto with only one stipulation; I would get only manual/standard/stick if it is my choice.

Simple. I'm more a man because I drive automatic. I have my right hand free all the time for the missus. (Open to interpretation)
