Tram: Very happy to have learned this has been decided in your favor. You've been most patient throughout this "trial". I was a bit bummed to read you've opted for a 1LE rather than another vert but, in the long run, I am certain you will be equally as happy, if not happier, to have a functional and bad-ass Camaro!

Thanks. Not an easy choice. The 1LE performance package was the tipping point. I have started to take off my modifications on the vert and am in the process of saying goodbye.... not easy. So although it is bitter sweet, this story has positioned me to receive the support of the vert community and added texture to my relationships with its members.

Off to drop the top and enjoy a day of crusin!

Congrats on the 1LE, I just hope in a couple years you are not like me and just have to have another Convertible. I thought I was going to be perfectly happy with a coupe, but deep down inside, the Convertible bug kept eating away at me until I gave in. Now I am perfectly happy with my choice, I would do it again in a heartbeat...

If didn't ride a Harley I would have had no choice. I am sure, barring catastrophe, this is not the last vert I will own.

Very emotional day for me. I have done the last demodding to the vert today (removed the dash and extra door abl lighting). Didn't think it would affect me like this. :(

I just got through washing the car and have the top down. Here the temp is a cool 65 and not a cloud in the sky. I am going for a ride. Man I am going to miss this car!!

Bitterseet... the 1LE I will exchange this car for was built this week and should be here in a couple of weeks.

Well I'm off. Thanks to all you vert owners that have not only followed this saga but have offered your understanding, guidance and encouragement. You guys are the best!

I can imagine how bittersweet it must be. But I can understand with all the issues you had you won't have those worries any more.
I took mine out today for a little top down drive, it was a little cool, but with a light jacket I was comfortable.
