Anyone have a Vararam? I am trying to decide between ordering a Vararam fo $290 or CAI brand for $300. Need to decide tonight though

Both are good, Vararam seems to be the winner for most though.

Looking at threads on C5 most of them are for praise of CAI brand. I like the design and logic of the Vararam, but seems quality is less and the install isn't consistent from person to person.

I personally like CAI a little more, Vararam is good but modifying the radiator mount puts me off.

I love the fit and finish of my CAI intake. Also, like the lid since it makes it easy to wash the engine bay.

Well, folks...I can officially say..........

I'M BACK IN IT!

I got an offer for my truck today and stood my ground on some numbers....and...

I'm in a 2012 IBM 2SS/RS w/silver stripes with only 6200 miles on the clock after the trip back from PHX.

Hope to see you all again sometime soon!

That would be me wondering "what in the hell did I just do"? That pic was taken in 1981 at the Eloy Grand Prix. (yes, that Eloy) The car was less that 24 hours out of the lettering shop after my partner introduced the car to the wall between turns 3 & 4 at Phoenix International Raceway.
