Is the rear view mirror unit physically moving, or is the mirror just shaking?

Turn the bass down to a live able level?? As good as you think your music is, not everybody else wants to hear it.

Same problem with mine. I thought the sound deadener would stop it, but it didnt do the job. Straight into the 6 oclock position. I think i'm gonna have to plastic weld it permanently and the wife will just have to deal with it.

If you can take it off without changing its correct position, you could fill its joints with thin CA glue. That would hold it in a permanent position.

You might have to dip it in lacquer thinner or something similar to remove all the oils first so the glue will stick.

Well seems some company would have invented something if not maybe there is a market for something. Maybe even some kayak bungee mounts on the mirror top and base would work? Get a short black bungee between points. I really do not want to permanent mount it.
