Unless I buy outright which I won't do I have to take whatever they send me through warranty. Which is refurbished.

They make quality products, Samsung just offers more for the money, my opinion is through experience in what I've used and what is more user friendly and mod-able.

If you put mod-ability into your decision you will NEVER choose an Apple, they're very limited.

I have ZERO interest in modifying my phone. I want to open the box and use it. Apple does that for me. I just want a phone. I have had no useability issues with my phone. I can hear it ring and easy to type on. GPS works great. No issues. Battery life is pretty good even with music playing all day. I'm very happy with my phone and I'm all I care about when it comes to that.

See, that's what sucks. I wish manufacturers wouldn't refurbish phones and send 'em back out. There's just too much that can be wrong with the phone that the manufacturer might not catch before sending it back out

I see it this way.... The phone has been gone through 2 times instead of just 1. But my luck with them lasting proves otherwise. Lol.
