One of the advantages that Martin's has is that it is nowhere near shopping centers that will be crazy packed at this time of year.

So... I know it's early still. Where is the Memphis crew meeting up at on the 15th to get this party started? I know Wolfchase will be crowded unless we get there before the mall opens.

I suggest a different location than Wolfchase mall because of how much a mad house that area is on the weekend by 10, 11am. What about the empty Kroger parking lot on Highway 64 just past Highway 40. I have attached an image of where I am talking about for reference. See below.

Yea it will be crowded what time doesn't the mall open? So right now the plan is to meet at the wolfchase mall at 9am. If the mall is open at that time we might want to change the location. How about the Hollywood theater at the corner of stage and whitten road. There should be plenty of parking because the theater will not be open. It would be a very easy location to find and the area would not be saturated with holiday shoppers.

The mall may not be open but employees get there earlier and if we wait to leave until 10am traffic gets hectic and I want to try to keep us together as best as possible. If we meet at Kroger we can easily get on 64 then 40 without much of a hitch.

Also, does anyone here know to leapfrog in cars? It's a method we may have to use a few times.

we could also meet up at the old factory outlet mall in Lakeland. there's a lot just behind the Exxon there that would work and those stores are closed at that time.

I have done it in the Military quite a few times road guarding convoys back and forth from Camp Shelby, MS.

Also we need to start thinking about vehicle placement; lead, middle, tail, etc.

We need to take a headcount by this weekend or mid next week at the latest so I can have a rough estimate. I will call Casey Jones next week to let them know. I want to know who is meeting in Memphis, who is eating with us at Casey Jones, and if you aren't from Memphis will you be meeting us somewhere along the way or at Nashville. Also, if you are going please PM Ice Demon or me your phone number so we can text immediate updates, keep in contact, etc.
