Happy Birthday all! Orange Krate is sitting on 12,500 miles. He is bundled up in garage waiting for rain to pass. I am hoping to upgrade amp this weekend so I can play "Happy Birthday" in style on volume 10. More mods ahead before next birthday!

Hard to believe it has been two years already. I'm sorry to say that I will be putting her to bed for the winter within the next week or so. I need to move somewhere warm so I can enjoy the ride all year.

Well, I got my car put to bed just in the nick of time. Wednesday was in the upper 50's so I drove it to work. Put her to bed for the winter on Thursday morning and on Thursday afternoon it snowed fairly heavy for a short time here in Elk River and we have about an inch on the ground. The worst part; the temp won't come out of the teens today. 30+ degree drop in less than 48 hours. Gotta love MN.

I finally got my Technostalgia tail lights installed. I had originally ordered a set last summer (at the same time as Orange Krate) from J C Whitney. After waiting a couple months I got an email from J C W canceling my order because they were out of stock and unable to get more. I put that mod on the back burner, but never forgot about it. About a month ago I placed an order with Phastec. Their website said the order would take 3-5 weeks to ship from the manufacturer. It took exactly one month and I received the lights a couple days ago. Took my time today and got them installed in a little over three hours. I can't tell how good looking these tail lights are, I love the look. I am planning on installing a switch near the drivers seat so I can turn on the "show mode" when I want to. Jim, did you install a switch when you did your new lights? Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.
