Just a caveman

I have a 67 RS, a 68, and a 70 RS. I have a hard time choosing between the 67 and 68 years as far as which is my favorite, but I lean towards the 68 because I have trouble getting the 67 vent wings to seal properly.
Between 67-8 and 69, I don't see enough of a difference to pay the price premium, but that's my own subjective opinion. The stock 70 is a MUCH better ride than the stock 1st gens (all that weight is good for something!), but I don't like the lines nearly as much. Front and especially back, yes, but not the side profile. My wife calls it "The Poncherello Camaro". :( My 70 is probably the most eye catching color of all my cars, but my 68 gets the most looks. Draw your own conclusion. ![]() -John

Oh, and I should add that my biggest complaint with the 2nd gen (at least based on my experiences with my 70) are the size of the doors! I can't seem to avoid door dings when I open them...

The best looking one is still the 69, with the 2010 a close second.

I would say that the 1969 model was the most desireable year, IDK about the "best" year. I dont think you can choose, although I don't think I would include the 80's-90's models.

The 69 is the greatest muscle car ever built. I am a partial since I own this car since 1977. It is like an old girlfriend who likes to play rough. She just begs to be hammered some more.

I'm Going to have to say the 1969 Camaro was the most desired, and the best looking. The new redesigned tailights, headlights, emblems etc. just set the car off, really eye catching. In my opinion
