COPOs are "off-road-only", and available with a drag race-oriented LS7-based bullet, currently...and currently only $89,900 or so.

The focus of our extended discourse, here in this sub-Section, is an EPA/NHTSA-legal, showroom-ready, Hometown Motors-supported/warranteed '14-'15 Gen-5 Camaro with the thread-titled content, more or less...for roughly HALF the price of the COPO...

...and, as the starting date of this thread indicates, we're a patient lot...and the "true believers" are confident our patience WILL be rewarded...

...hmmmm, 2014 Z/28...P/28, dealer installed options...verry interesting....I know there's an iron in the fire somewhere..., those in the know can't spill the beans yet though. Gotta sit back and wait, and ponder, and keep reading....keep the faith.

Manufactures price and 'value' at the customer level are two very different things. An LS7, in real terms, costs only a little bit more than an LS3 to build. But GM knows its worth about twice as much to those of us at the end of the line & prices it accordingly.

The reverse is true as well, as in the pricing of electric cars.

So what you're saying is, there is a chance a 5Gen Z28 (as we've outlined) could be priced in the mid $40K's.
