After watching this video, it appears that all the ZL1 body pieces help it in some way with aerodynamics, EXCEPT the diffuser, it's not much different than the OEM one.
I plan on purchasing a lot of the ZL1 pieces then, too bad the front bumper is over $1,000. Have you guys seen the ZL1 belly pan? I want one but I need to figure a way to remove the liner under the radiator to make it functional and not just trap engine heat. PS. The belly pan is PLASTIC and will not add much Weight! |

Justin (Aerialgunner) I haven't met you yet, but I've seen the pics of your hex vents and they look awesome!
I know you put on the hex vent thread that the owner installed it for you, does he live in Florida and does he offer installation for eveyone or was this a special deal? Thanks man! |

Have to take the trunk lid back.
Didn't notice until I got home, but the paint on the edges is extremely thin. Rubbed off black with compound. They must have not really shot those spots with clear or base that much. ![]() Good God, why me? |

Rob, its sad very sad whats going on with your luck (gotten to the point that we just have to laugh sadly). I'd say to spot messing with the car...leave it alone it looks good. Majority of the shops don't do a good job, to many clients or what not. Thats why I want to learn how to do it all (car wise) wont be soon but I know I will be the one responsible for any damages.

Yes. It's such a damn shame since the paint on the trunk lid surface is flawless. There wasn't even any wetsand marks. If they would have laid it down everywhere, it would have been perfect.
The edges felt rough to the touch, though. They weren't slick like the rest of the paint. Not enough was shot on the edges... I don't think the underside was shot either, which would have helped prevent the problem. |

![]() I guess where I have it lucky is my lack of daily driving damage. No dents, scratches, dings, etc. I guess in exchange for that, I have to deal with problems when I do mods or service work. |

Stop complaining about things that are so minimal Robert, look what happened to my car :( I'll trade you my car problem for your car problem, lol!
What happened to your decklid in the first place, I seem to have missed why you needed to have it painted? |
