I swear to God, I'm pulling my hair out over this trunk lid predicament. I gave it back to them last Monday the 10th and still not a single word. Called them last night and left a message; no response. I can't believe how STUPID this is.
It's reached a point where I look at every black Camaro on the road with envy because they have a trunk lid.  My car has been parked since the show at PBIR on the 2nd.My boss has already offered to speak to the owner of Homestead Chevy since they're good friends, but I don't want to get him involved unless I have to. |

I took it in under warranty repair since it's an early 2011 where the rubber spacer seals between the spoiler and trunk lid usually failed, causing them to rub and chip the paint. They repainted it and even though the paint job was good, I'm suspecting that the painter went a little too far with his buffer on the edges since when I got it home I noticed feathered grayish marks running along the front edges of the trunk lid which turned out to be primer showing through. Took it back on Monday the 10th and they've had it ever since. I am so frustrated because this is so stupid. It's not like I got into a terrible accident, it's a ****ing trunk lid. |

Should have taken it to grand prize the shop at homestead sucks after Pete Blake was forced out, pretty much all the good service guys left
